XPE is an AI powered engineering dashboard designed to showcase insights on the application performance. Visualization of performance metrics graphically in real-time and trickle down every performance parameters for engineering analysis and action.

Engineering teams need reliable insights & metrics to qualify and promote their enterprise applications into production system, enabling the business teams to run their daily operations.

Understanding the problem

Working with the IT teams, we understood application development is not the only activity the IT teams are involved into. There are multiple supporting activities that need to get into the delivery process for promoting a production ready software.



Our users were facing challenge in analyzing information from multiple sources, they wanted a single reference for monitoring and measuring the application performance. We were challenged to deliver a simple actionable engineering dashboard to configure, run & validate the application for performance and stability. We had do the following:



- Identify personas acting on the system

- Understand standard operating procedures on engineering activities

- Understand multi system dependencies and integration pain-points

- Understand key metrics & visualization aspects for user friendliness
